Accountant (AP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Prepare and record payment for staff reimbursement. • Record Purchase invoice, Prepare Payment Voucher, Remittance application, Confirm billing placement and follow up further documents, verify paid documents. • Reconcile VAT, Withholding tax, Duty Stamp, Special business tax and TAX filling to Revenue Department • Maintain Fixed Asset items in System. • Can perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • More than 25 years old • High Vocational or Bachelor Degree in Accounting (GPA 2.8 up) • Experience in AP operations included Journal Entry • Have knowledge of VAT, Withholdings tax deduction • High responsibilities, Able to work under pressure and very tight deadlines, work well on documentations. • Positive attitude, Honesty, and Accountability • Experience in D365 system is a plus. • Good computer skill and proficient on Microsoft Office (especially excel). • Able to communicate via email. • Good English communication. • TOEIC at least 550. (If any)
