System Engineer (Digital Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance service to customer. • Implement the engineering sytems (PDM, PLM and CAD VDI) to customer. • Develop documentation in support of regular operations, configuration document and implementation document. • Communicate with oversea partner and vendor for design of solution, systems implementation and troubleshooting. • Support technical information to Sales and Technical Sales team. • Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in system support, system implementation or IT planning & management. • Experience in engineering software business would be advantage. •Able to communicate by Janpanese language will be advantage. •Able to use MS Office. •Good communicate in English. •Be able to work on site in Ayutthaya area. •Knowledge of IT Technology: hardware/software, OS, server, storage, network and database. •Knowledge of PDM, PLM, CAD VDI (Citrix, VMWare, HP Anyware) would be advantaged. •Knowledge of Java and JavaScript programming languages would be advantage. •Knowledge of Linux, Solaris would be advantage. •Good English communication.
