Senior System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting. • Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer). • Have familiar with enterprise system and service monioring tool. • Configuraiton maintain various System and Security deivce(e.g Microsoft, Vmware, O365, AWS, Azure). • Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issue. • Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 5 years of experience. • Previous work experience as a System engineer or Solid background in System administration and architecture. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions, vSphere, vCenter, Storage. • Sharp troubleshooting skills. • Experience in AWS, Office 365 and Airwatch will be advantage. • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory , WSUS, Exchange , Office365, administration and troubleshooting. • Experience with Operation system (Windows client/server, Linux, Vmware) administration and troubleshooting. • Experience with Antivirus Solution such Symantec and Trend Micro, Administration and troubleshooting.
