• Main Duties & Responsibilities - To represent the owners and the management company towards customers, travel trade, local authorities and staff; to act on behalf and in the interest of the owners and the management company. - To implement and uphold company image and policies, taking into consideration the importance of standardization and the possible effects of new policies and procedures on the group an the other Restaurants. - To plan and administrate the operation of the Restaurant by setting objectives, establishing internal procedures and monitoring performance and results. - To foster cooperation and communication within the Venice Di Iris and with the head office. - To maximize the profitability of the Restaurant. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
