To be a member of team to deliver the Solution to Support/Improve System and network Security on customer Infrastructures.
Support Developer team to provide solution and Implement Mail Corroboration Service (EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration).
Identifies opportunities to improve existing conditions and processes & implements solutions.
Provide recommendations, suggestion and action in order to Fixed/Deliver service on time.
Identify root cause analysis of incident and troubleshoot any reported problems and also resolve problems in a timely manner as required by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Manage and follow up Task/Activity progress and resources to ensure all Task/Activity are delivered on time.
Gather and analyze user’s requirements, development as in-house and also control the software quality from vendors according to the requested specification.
Design/Implement/Support on Enterprise Solution: System and network Security (Next Gent Firewall (NGFW), Ransomeware/Exploit prevention, Data Encryption), EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration, CMS, and NGFW.
Linux UNIX operating system/application development
Requirements definition for small-medium sized enhancements, design, development, testing, implementation, support.
Supports operations of in-house web applications product (EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration)
Solution design to improve existing services and may perform solution review and present to the customer.

Experience working and strong in networking knowledge.
Good Knowledge of Mail Messaging Server Topology and system & network security.
Comfortable working in open source communities and interacting across mailing lists, IRC, CRM and other distributed communications systems.
Working with System and network Security (Next Gent Firewall (NGFW), Ransomware/Exploit prevention, Data Encryption), EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration, CMS, and NGFW.
Comfortable working in a Unix environment.
