• Job Description:- • Support Brand Manager to achieve the marketing objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to plan marketing activities • To ensure brand’s identities be delivered through optimal retail brand experience (VM change, planogram updates) • To co-ordinate and execute marketing plans and activities for various projects and event according to the marketing calendar on time and on budget • Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials. • Monitoring ongoing (and final) spend and delivering the best possible ROI for each project • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement • Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns, content creation for digital ads and related marketing collaterals. • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns • Manage/motivate fragrance consultants in executing events to maximize daily business goals Qualifications :- • Male/Female, age 22 years old or above • BBA or MBA in Marketing/International business management • Professional Marketing Experience in the Cosmetics Industry in Thailand is Preferred • Proven track record in Brand management (launching, positioning, upgrading, expanding) • New product introduction, channel strategies, managing market mix • Strong leadership, high responsibility, result oriented, self-driven, initiative, innovative, energetic, adaptive and able to work under pressure in a Cross Cultural environment • Able to travel abroad and upcountry • Fluent English Communication Salary: Open for discussion. Please provide current and expected renumeration package.
