• To manage team of sales staff and overview in the boutique • To advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance. • Strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong client selling skills and also able to forecast stocks • To control visually inspiring environment • To advise item and new promotion for customers • To manage back-office operations, mostly based at Boutique but 1-2 day a week work in office *** Add Line 089-451-3265 ***

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in boutique/shop operations management, service industries or in retail sales business for high-end products. • Good selling and knowledgeable in the products being sold. • Pleasant and good personality • Good leadership skills • Effective merchandising and strong organization skills • Good command of spoken and written English • Chinese/French Spoken will be an advantage. • Self–motivation, strong leadership and organizing skill • Background knowledge in Beauty/fashion would be advantages
