• CRM & Media -Plan and implemented CRM to create a brand to be in accordance with the policies -Database management and services of old customers and new customer base -Research and survey of the activities -Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of every customer communication channel -Responsible for the preparation of the information provided on the digital advertising business and communicate to customers including online social networks and web sites. -Providing communication channels and new markets to create a relationship with the media -Analysis and evaluation of CRM PROGRAM -Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Sales Promotion & Activity -Strategic planning and marketing of the brand -Planning and promotional activities to create brand awareness and increase sales with external organizations -Coordinate between branch managers and other agencies -Responsible for procurement, materials and programs to promotion -Create a promotion with department store and other agencies to increase sales, relationships and a good image for the organization -Coordinate with partners and other agencies to sell product on time -Analysis and evaluation of the promotion and events
