• Duties & Responsibilities • Source the highest quality product available according to the needs of the client. • Ensure all products are properly packed for shipment as standards required • Ensure all products purchased are of the same nominated brand name • Ensure that the supplier provides accurate and valid documentation (invoices, certificates, etc.) for each order as required. In addition to following up with Import/Shipping regarding any additional documentation necessary for product FDA registration • Ensure order completion, for usage in the case of claims. • Negotiate all claims with suppliers, whether full re-imbursement or partial discount. • Maintain and update all internal product information within the software system, updating/removing obsolete information as needed • Review and keep up to date with stock levels for stocked items to ensure no supply issues for regular clients and report to head of department • Respond to all enquiries (mail/tel./faxes) immediately within the same day or within 24 hours of the enquiry
