Roles and Responsibilities: For Oversea Accounting ;- Ensure to review the financial statements and the noted (NFS). Perform to review the Forecast report and cash flow report by regularly reviewing internal reports. Ensure review all expenses including payment transactions and disbursement process (petty cash, cheque and bank transfer) properly with accuracy and in timely. For Budgeting ;- Review budget requests for approval. Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget. Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results. Present annual budgets to the Financial Controller and CFO. Ensure Supervising oversea accountants and concerned parties.

Has experience with finance-accounting roles and internal control. (For budgeting, Cash flow report - not necessary) Has experience with ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc). Has basic tax knowledge (VAT, WHT). Fair level of English communication. Fair level of knowledge of Microsoft (PPT Excel Word) Detail oriented, Ability to work meets regular tight deadlines.
