BA Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Increase business with existing accounts in Bancassurance and establish new tie-ups -Work closely with sales staff to prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms and close the sale -Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments -Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities for cross-selling & up-selling -Prepare related periodic production reports -Ensure existing bancassurance clients are offered superior services -Build long term relationship with the bank staff by ensuring all their queries are addressed promptly and related technical guidance is provided -Provide market research/customer feedback to the Company for new products development and enhancement of existing ones to suit with the banking segment’s needs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Economics, Marketing or related fields -At least 3-5 years’ experience in Bancassurance relationship in banking industry with familiar of Advisory and Sales process. -Licenses of Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, and Investment are a must -Excellent sales and relationship management skills. -Result Orientation - performance oriented. -Interpersonal Skills - excellent interpersonal skills -In-depth banking product knowledge (bancassurance products)
