Senior HR Business Partner Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -To provide proactive HR consultation to business unit leaders of one large-size, complicated group or a couple of small or medium-size, complicated groups in relation to human resource management and development, as well as organization development OR to provide HR and OD end-to-end, operational supports to assigned business units -To coordinate with cross-functional team from Human Resource Group to prevent and handle related challenges of own responsible business unit. -To mentor and coach HR Associate – Business Partner or new team member in order to ensure the business unit receives sufficient and effective support in human capital management and organization development in a timely manner

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science -Minimum 7 years in human resource management, human resource development, and organization development, preferably in financial and banking sector -Proactive , Analytical and strategic thinking , -Business mindset, strong Leadership skills and Good Communication -Excellent understanding of HR & OD -Finance and banking industry knowledge -Strong understanding of related employment laws and regulations
