- To develop corporate strategy and analyze new business opportunities and potential impact and assists Strategic Planning Department in formulating strategic recommendations - To formulate corporate strategy and five-years plan for the bank which will enabling and leading the bank to improve its business, product, process and information technology. - To develop the annual 5-year strategic planning process; consolidating corporate strategic plans; identifying critical issues/opportunities; developing strategic recommendations to executive management on how to optimize near-term growth. - To execution investment strategy and integrate business model sharing common resources that well fits with customer needs and ensure customer value to bank

-Master degree in area of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or other related fields - 3-5 year working experience in financial institution with strong contact to market or customer strategic planning area, banking experience will be advantage
