• To study and understand customers in terms of normal business practices, current pains and difficulties, specific business requirements as well as market environment of relevant segments for transactional products • To develop the overall strategy of cash management products (Deposit, Liquidity Management, Payment / Collection) and supply chain solution for both short term and long term based on the finding on customer insight and in consistent with TMB business plan and branding • To work with product manager on the action plan on acquire , maintain, cross-sell / up-sell to deliver financial outcome • To conduct customer survey to test concept of potential offering on target customers before launching as well as to analyze the outcome and market feed back after launching
