Sales Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Create customized event packages, menus, and arrangements to meet the needs and preferences of clients.
• Handle reservations and inquiries from guests, providing accurate information about availability, menus, and special offers.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and event details.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure effective communication and smooth operations during service and events.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of guest satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for promoting restaurant offerings.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
