Purchasing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Negotiate contracts and establish favorable terms and pricing agreements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. Inventory Control:
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and optimize stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages
• Implement inventory management systems to track usage, order frequency, and replenishment needs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve the restaurant's bottom line.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food procurement
