Financial Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights into the company's financial performance to assist management in making informed decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budgeted targets and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements. Implement internal controls and procedures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
• Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity for the organization's day-to-day operations and capital investments. Optimize cash flow through effective accounts receivable and payable management.
• Financial Strategy: Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide input and financial insights to support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure accurate and timely completion of audit processes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar financial leadership position.
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA qualification may be preferred for more senior roles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate the finance team.
• Able to communicate in English
