• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase footfall, enhance customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth across all restaurants within the group.
• Lead a marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and other team members to align marketing initiatives with culinary offerings and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify dining trends, customer preferences, and competition, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
• Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
• Manage the creation of engaging and relevant content, including menus, promotional materials, blog posts, and social media content.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in marketing, with 5 years of experience specifically in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Profound understanding of restaurant marketing trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, digital marketing, and local marketing techniques
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling and memorable marketing campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
