• Develop and implement a restaurant-specific marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
• Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns that enhance the restaurant's reputation and customer loyalty.
• Develop strategies to collect and leverage customer feedback to improve the dining experience. Campaign Development:
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to optimize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee the restaurant's online presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online ordering platforms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in restaurant marketing leadership roles with a strong emphasis on strategy.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant industry trends, customer preferences, and dining culture.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on the unique challenges of the restaurant business.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology, reservation systems, and online ordering platforms.
