• Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, addressing them with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservation requests, confirm reservations, and maintain an organized system for booking. Update reservation books and online booking platforms.
• Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, provide information about the restaurant, assist with reservations, and take messages when necessary.
• Seating Arrangements: Manage the seating chart efficiently, ensuring proper rotation of tables and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, provide menu information, and offer recommendations. Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the management when necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and menu items.
