COCA หรือ โคคา เริ่มต้นขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2500 โดย คุณศรีชัย และคุณปัทมา พันธุ์เพ็ญโสภณ โดยมีสาขาแรกตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนสุรวงศ์ ซึ่งโคคาเป็นที่แรกที่นำเมนูสุกี้สไตล์กวางตุ้งเข้ามาให้บริการในประเทศไทยและได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมากจนประสบความสำเร็จ แต่นอกจากโคคาจะให้บริการในเรื่องของสุกี้แล้ว ที่โคคายังได้มีการคิดค้นเมนูใหม่ๆ ขึ้นมีอีกมาย อีกทั้งยังได้นำเชฟฝีมือดีจากฮ่องกงมาประจำที่ร้าน เพื่อทำติ่มซำต้นตำหรับสไตล์ฮ่องกงอีกมากกว่า 20 เมนู จึงเป็นที่มาในเรื่องของความอร่อยจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ด้วยบริการที่เป็นมิตร ใส่ใจในทุกขั้นตอน

• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments, including operations and events, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Oversee the maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
