Facility and Safety Supervisor (Bang-na KM.11)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design preventive maintenance plan, lead maintenance process for the logistics operations and all type of maintenance activities.
• Provide schedule and coordination of maintenance resources, material, and equipment access in compliance with standard, law, and regulation.
• Maintain equipment condition by providing the solutions of equipment problems and improve the equipment efficiency in order to ensure equipment reliability, availability and logistics performance under budget, safety and environment regulation.
• Lead the repair program and work closely with the technician, vendor, warehouse and purchasing to ensure that scheduled repair activity is performed and executed in accordance with standard, law, and regulation.
• Plan, document, follow up and monitor the implementation of safety processes and procedures.
• Inspect safety condition according to work permit and safety rules and regulations before, during and after work commences.
• Inspect and monitor personnel and subcontractors as well as safety equipment.
• Support Quality Standard (e.g. ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, GSDP, and GDP) which relates with facility, safety, and personnel.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3 year experience in supervisor / leader position.
• At least 5 year experience in safety and facility management for Logistics, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry would be preferable.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong Leadership, Team management and People management.
• Can-do attitude and Flexible service mind.
• Pro-active mind set and initiative solution creation.
• Good command in written and spoken in English.
