Customer Service (Call Center)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Inbound Call : Pick-up cause from customers who have any enquiry - To be consultant (health & nutrition.) - Outbound Call : Make phone calls to customer to introduce products, requires & record info. Into Centralized relational database - Provide medical detailing, research, publication and conduct activities for health care professionals, customers in order to establish products credibility and foster business development. - Participate and support other departments in order to achieve sales target. - Assume such other responsibilities as assigned by Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality. - Bachelor’s Degree in Nurse or Nutrition - 1 - 2 years experiences in customer area - Service-mind with excellent communications and interpersonal skills - Pleasant manner and clear speaking voice - English communication is a plus - Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as, the ability to work independently - Able to work under pressure and be patient * PHC’s looking for a great confident candidate who has a passion to win to join our team.
