IT Regional Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Being a project team member and prepared project documents. •Backup for level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users. •Manage CMCB/SCCM deployment for Monthly Security patches and Middleware updated. •To provide support for VIP users. •Monitor and maintain IT security compliance. •Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. • Responsible for Monthly IT Security and CMCB deployment status report. •Provide IT training to end users. •Performs identifying, repairing and resolving technical issue regarding basic computers, software, printers and mobility devices. •Provides Hardware setup/maintenance and software installation. •Company mobile activation. •Performs other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Have a strong user support background. •Software and patches deployment skills (SCCM is advantage). •O365, Windows 10, MS Office, Antivirus and mobile devices. •Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange and Active Directory. •Strong hardware skills •Ability to work as part of a team and independently. •Initiative with a Positive Attitude. •Good Customer service skills. •Able to generate report with given data. •Strong English is an advantage.
