IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• a) Interface with multiple levels of user to provide technical assistance and support. b) Performs identifying, repairing and resolving technical issue regarding basic computers, software, network, printers, mobility devices and tech tools. c) Provides Hardware setup/maintenance and software installation. d) Provides preventive maintenance of IT equipment in responsible site. e) Maintain spared IT equipment and new computer controlling. f) Performing asset inventory activities as needed. g) Submit all daily support activities to helpdesk. h) Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. i) Changes the tape backup as per daily basis or assigned by OSI team. J) Performs other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Technical support helpdesk experience is a plus • Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365, Antivirus and mobile devices • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Initiative with a Positive Attitude • Good Customer service skills
