หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Receive and log all incoming calls and emails related to reported incidents or service requests. • Troubleshoot and resolve all reported related incidents remotely and if remains unsolved, escalate to on-site engineer or other support personnel. • Assist in tasks related to software and hardware inventory updates. • Manage Active Directory permissions and process requests already approved. • Install, deploy and uninstall software and patches (planned and ad-hoc) remotely. • Prepare daily or weekly or monthly summaries on incident and request statistics. • Create and update new knowledge and tips at IT Knowledge Base.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Technical support helpdesk experience is a plus. • Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365, Antivirus and mobile devices. • Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and Exchange. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Required to participate in on-call and work rotation. • Initiative with a Positive Attitude • ERP system knowledge is a plus • Good Customer service skills *** Strong English is an advantage***
