As a result of growth within our business we are now looking for an experienced Engineer to provide expert advice and guidance on the technical requirements of the products and services we sell. In addition to this the Engineer is responsible for the profitable installation and ongoing maintenance of technical products and services for In-site Communications customers. 1. Planning, configuring, installing, and supporting a business telephony solutions & security system 2. Remote management including adds, moves and changes on customer a business telephony solutions & security system 3. Contact oversea partner for product development and problem solving in case of after markets support. 4. Responsibility for a business telephony services & security system to end customers 5. Provisioning and demonstrating of a business telephony solutions & security system related services to customers 6. Be able to provide on-site, and on-the-phone support, with a service mentality 7. Site Audits of customer environments

1. Thai Nationality, Age 22-30 years 2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related field 3. At least 1 years involved experience. • Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals & Networking Technologies and their application in a business environment • Basic knowledge of Firewall concepts, • Basic knowledge of network switches and routers, • Experienced working on client sites • Basic Cisco/ HP etc. hardware knowledge • Basic low voltage wiring knowledge • Knowledge of voice circuit provisioning 4. CCNA is a prefer 5. Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN technologies 6. Able to travel upcountry and work extra hours. 7. Able to work with high pressure environment.
