Partnership & Community Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategic Partnership Development Identify, develop, and manage relationships with strategic partners such as brokerage firms, financial institutions, listed companies, fintech companies, universities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Design win-win partnership models that support the growth of the efin ecosystem.
• Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, including MOUs and commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with internal business units (efin.finance, efinIR, efin Media, Events) to ensure successful partnership execution.
• Explore new opportunities for ecosystem expansion both locally and regionally.
• Community Building & Engagement Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the efin community across both online and offline channels.
• Design and manage community initiatives such as webinars, workshops, ambassador programs, and investor events.
• Foster meaningful engagement and long-term relationships with community members.
• Ecosystem Growth Drive user acquisition and engagement through partner and community channels.

• Ensure that partnership and community initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the efin ecosystem.
• Support the vision of creating a One-Stop Investment Hub by connecting content, insights, and actionable tools.
• Strategy Execution & Project Management Develop and manage short-term and long-term partnership and community roadmaps.
• Oversee budgets and resources related to partnership and community initiatives.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Media, and IR teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Community Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Internship experience or university projects related to networking or community initiatives are welcome.
• Experience in the financial services, fintech, media, or technology industries is a plus.
• Existing networks within the investment or financial ecosystem are advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic negotiation and partnership development skills.
• Project coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Creative thinking with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Interest in investment, finance, or fintech.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
