หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• UI Design & Visual System Development Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile digital products Translate UX requirements, product structures, and business goals into effective visual solutions Create layouts, screens, components, and scalable interface systems Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual consistency standards Organize typography, spacing, color systems, iconography, and layout structures to enhance usability and brand alignment Ensure responsive and adaptive design quality across platforms and devices
• Design Quality & Interface Consistency Strengthen product usability through strong visual hierarchy and structured interface decisions Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints through scalable UI standards Support iterative refinement of interfaces based on stakeholder feedback, product evolution, and user needs Contribute to design documentation and UI specifications for cross-functional teams 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders Collaborate to ensure design feasibility, implementation quality, and product consistency Align interface design decisions with business strategy, technical constraints, and user goals Communicate visual design rationale clearly to internal teams
• Human-Centered & Product-Oriented Design Apply human-centered design principles to interface creation Balance user needs, product functionality, and business objectives Support product innovation through thoughtful, strategic visual design solutions Participate in iterative product development and continuous design improvement
• AI-Supported Design Workflow Utilize AI tools responsibly to support research, design references, workflow optimization, and creative exploration Integrate AI into design processes while maintaining originality, critical thinking, and design quality standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong interest in UI Design, digital product design, and creating intuitive user interfaces
• Passion for visual communication, interface systems, and user-centered digital experiences
• Solid understanding of modern design principles, visual hierarchy, and digital design workflows
• Eagerness to continuously develop expertise in UI design, emerging tools, and evolving industry standards
• Experience in fintech, finance, investment platforms, or other financial digital products will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong professional proficiency in Figma, with proven experience designing digital products through advanced workflows, component systems, prototyping, and efficient collaboration practices
• Familiarity with cross-functional product development workflows, collaborating effectively with UX designers, developers, and product teams
• Experience using AI tools to support research, design optimization, workflow efficiency, and modern digital design processes
• Figma Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced features, design workflows, and continuous learning of new tools and best practices
• Design Systems: Experience in maintaining scalable design systems, reusable components, and interface consistency
• UI & Responsive Design: Strong skills in visual design, responsive design, layout, typography, and creating polished digital interfaces across platforms
• Financial Visualization: Ability to design effective financial graphs, charts, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces
• AI & Problem Solving: Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflow, combined with strong critical thinking and systems thinking
• Communication & Collaboration: Clear communication of design rationale and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Detail Orientation: High attention to visual quality, consistency, and execution
