หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. ควบคุม ดูแลงานทอผ้าด้วยเครื่องทอผ้า 2. รับพิจารณาผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ หรือผู้ที่มีความรู้ด้านการทอผ้าด้วยเครื่องจักรเท่านั้น Role Statement: To operate and tend a battery of Circular Knitting machines ensuring that all knitted product i.e. griege is produced to the correct quality specifications and standards. Purpose and Scope: Manufacture of circular knit griege fabric to specified quality specs to be used in the diverse styles and designs in the Neon Buddha product range. Responsibilities: - Tend and operate battery of circular knit machines - Maintain a clean operating environment free of dust and fluff - Produce griege fabric to specified quality standards - Maintain machine and check oil levels - Identify fabric defects and notify supervisor when unable to determine cause of defect - Produce the targeted number of rolls per shift to ensure that knitting efficiencies attained. - Change broken needles when required Job Requirements: - 2-3 years related Operator experience preferably in the manufacture of 100% cotton and cotton blend (i.e. cotton lycra) circular knit fabric. - A qualified knitting operator in single and double jersey circular knitting machines. Essential Tasks: - Tending and patrolling of bank of knitting machines - Maintaining a clean operating environment - Manufacturing greige to quality and efficiency standards and targets - Maintaining knitting machines and checking oil levels - Trouble shooting and fault finding when defective fabric observed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of different yarns used to manufacture the fabric - Fault finding and trouble shooting skills - Knowledge of how to change broken needles - Hand/eye dexterity and coordination - Knowledge of basic health and safety rules and regulations - Basic knowledge of fabric construction for inspection and identification of knitting and yarn faults. - Skill to operate more than one machine at a time Special Physical Requirements: - Working in a hot and mildly hazardous environment - Lifting of rolls of fabric, yarn boxes, machine parts Organizational Relationships: Reports to the knitting shift supervisor who reports to the knitting manager
