Customer Service (E-Commerce)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders - Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and retention - Assist with a warehouse fulfillment center to ensure a smooth order process - Provides Friendly Professional and Personalized customer service at all times to create and maintain customer loyalty - Delighting customers by providing solutions to their pool needs - Provide overflow assistance in placing new customer orders - Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services - Escalates unresolved customer issues to supervisor as necessary - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results or additional tasks as needed - Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - At least 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service or work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled Detail - Digital and E-commerce experience preferred - Good command in English and computer-literate. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills. - Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
