Data Analysis Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project and information needs. - Gather, understand document detailed business requirements, mine and analyze large data sets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using an appropriate reporting tool and techniques. - Guarantee data in reports/delivered to the business is correct and updated. This involves an in-depth analysis of the source system and an understanding of extraction workflow and data structure. - Prepare reports for internal audiences using business analytics reporting tools - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. - Monitor and audit data quality - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Top management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics or any related field - 1-2 years experience in data analysis/processing or data mining. - Strong analytical skills and systems thinking, Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team, - Having business acumen to support the team, good planning, organizing, problem-solving, flexible and service-minded - Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PPT, knowledge of SAP is preferred - Knowledge of statistical methods like clustering, predictive analysis, classification, etc. is a plus - Good command of English, both spoken and written
