Conduct a study and development in quality assurance process, calibration and verification of measuring instruments
Analyze technical data to support related teams i.e., sale, marketing, production, others
Support in-house production, outsource products, and quality improvement to ensure product quality
Support and analyze root cause of customer claim and complaint
Conduct technical training of quality assurance
Other work as assigned

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields
2-3 year working experience in quality control or quality assurance
Experience in glass industry or ceramics would be advantage
Good command in English skills including speaking, writing, and listening (TOEIC score would be advantage)
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Minitab, SAP, QuickView will be an advantage
Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
