หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as an HR Professional by delivering high-quality Compensation & Benefits and payroll services that support business operations and workforce effectiveness.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process with a strong service mindset, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, including time attendance validation, employee lifecycle changes (new joiners, resignations, terminations), overtime, and related payroll activities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers on payroll, benefits, and HR service matters, providing clear, professional, and timely support.
• Oversee employee relations and staff welfare matters with fairness, empathy, and alignment to company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of statutory and government-related submissions, including Social Security, Workmen’s Compensation, and other required reports.
• Provide responsive HR services related to personal and confidential employee information upon request, such as bank certificates, visa letters, employment confirmations, and other official documents.
• Continuously improve HR processes and service delivery, ensuring HR solutions are delivered with the right quality, at the right cost, and at the right time, in alignment with business needs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Management with a strong focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Shared Services.
• Experience working as an HR service provider or HR Business Partner, with the ability to balance operational excellence and business support.
• Proficiency in HR systems; experience using the @Core HR system will be given special consideration.
• Strong computer literacy with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong service mindset, a “can-do” attitude, practical creativity, and a commitment to delivering consistent and reliable HR services that support organizational success.
