Manufacturing Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitoring KPI and company target and having continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Maintenance team to provide information about machinery breakdown info and condition
• Participate with company quality standard, 5S, Audit
• Shift Management: Pattern & People (blue collar & department specialists),
• Coordinate with HR regarding people development (recruitment, training, performance, potential)
• Coordinate with planning team to fulfil plans and alert when production interrupt
• Join the team to make Process improvement with R&D and Technical team, focusing on department KPI and managing aspect
• Enforce and control production according to WI SD QM
• Troubleshoot daily problem in the process and coordinate with Technical department when needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor or Master degree of Engineering or related filed
• At least 5 years in Industrial Production or similar area
• At least 5 year experience in people management
• Project management, People Development, Task Delegation and Shift Management
• Good leadership skills
