• Summary The Sourcing Officer is responsible for managing sourcing strategies of a variety of goods and services. They will work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and to ensure that the company is getting the best possible value for its money. Responsibilities - Execute sourcing strategies for a variety of goods and services - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers - Qualify and evaluate suppliers - Negotiate contracts with suppliers - Monitor supplier performance - Manage supplier relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends - Identify and mitigate sourcing risks - Prepare and present sourcing reports Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in Google Workspace - Proficient in English [Written and Verbal] - Able to travel aboard.
