Marketing Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conducts Market Research to identify key market segments, customer needs and emerging trends.
• Researches and compiles data related to current company's products and services, customer demographic and interest, factors influencing in product demands and analyzes results in order to optimize profit and penetrates the target markets.
• Compiles data related to competitors' products, services, pricing, strengths, weaknesses and strategies.
• Monitors industry trends, regulatory changes and technological shifts relevant to company's business.
• Conducts Competitive Analysis by comprehending SWOT,Macro Economy, and related Trends.
• Reports and Presents detailed reports, dashboards, to communicate research finding, insights in clear , concise format.
• Works with cross-functional teams in order to integrate research insights into strategic plan.
• Summarizes and makes recommendations based on related researches.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Consumer Behavior, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or a similar role within the QSR or related industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and methodologies for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
