Service Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• This role is expected to lead an After-Sales team to achieve sales targets by developing current market and clients through multiple channels in assigned area. The job holder will be expected to foster and strengthen long term relationships with clients. The job holder will have exceptional understanding in customer application, needs, technical and commercial specifications in order to provide technical and professional advice at after-sales stages. The job holder is to lead the service team towards service excellence and to drill into the entire service organization responsible customer care. Be committed to upgrade the skills of technical staff through periodic training, and to project an image of service professionalism.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
