• Supervise and manage the work of the technician team.
• Check the quality and orderliness of the project before handover.
• Coordinate with design engineers, warehouse staff, and procurement team.
• Prepare progress reports for submission to the project manager.
• Ensure safe working practices are maintained throughout the project.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings such as Drawing, P&ID, and Layout for installation purposes.
• Able to control tools and inspection equipment, and manage the use of equipment on site.
• Able to sequence work steps and assign tasks to team members to ensure project completion meets targets.
• Able to prepare reports and summarize project progress reports.
• Has knowledge of safety practices, including the use of PPE, Permit to Work procedures, and organizing Toolbox Meetings.
