Develop strategic plans and production goals aligned with the company’s business direction.
Oversee all manufacturing operations, including procurement, production, quality control, and delivery
Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency (Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma).
Manage factory budgets and control operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while expanding the client base
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese or Japanese will be considered a special advantage
