หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •To formulate and execute HR strategy to achieve business objectives. •To manage recruitment by interviewing, recruiting and selecting. •To motivate and develop to enhance employee’s abilities in Training and Development •To manage and review Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations. •To ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings" •To verify the operation of payroll functions, handle for visa and work permit •To Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. •To manage all general administrative jobs •To support and coordinate other operation sites’ requirements

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Age not over 45 years old •Bachelor's Degree in HR , Business Administration or any related fields •At least 10 years experience in Human Resources and Administrative or general affair •Good command in English •Proactive, High Accountabilities, Analytical Thinking, People Development skill. •Have a strong leadership and Team work •Be able to work under pressure and dedicate to work •Abel to working Sunday – Friday and Gemopolis Estate (Pravet district)
