หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Work with other team member, showroom sale, key customer, key suppliers to solve specific challenges and growth opportunities. -Touring the sales floor with special guest and event, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues. -Address customer satisfaction issues promptly. -Provide customer and staff assistance as needed. This will include over the counter, over the phone, etc -Maintains showroom staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. -Ensures the safety by providing a safe and clean showroom environment to customer and staff. -Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving price tag; maintaining inventories, etc. -Provide particular reports, taking appropriate action as need. -Through management decisions, communication and behaviour, creates a culture and a team that works together to meet customer needs and achieve desired results. -Adhere to high showroom standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws -Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of the business, and reflect this in everyday performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 7-years (min.) relevant professional experience in retail sales management or similar roles. - Tertiary Qualifications within a recognized management, marketing retail sales programmers. - Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken. - Highly computer literate.
