หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Take care of new / potential customer whose small scales and/or in remote areas including on ordering process and product & campaign enquiries by customer • Meet sales target as assigned. • Find opportunity to drive more sales in both volume and ND • Keep high engagement with customer via tele-conversation to ensure customer’s satisfaction • Ensure all ordering process from taking order to uploading into the system are accurate by timeline • Take care of all documentation and report related to sales activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  At least 2-3 Y experiences in tele-sales, or sales background  Excellent communication skills  Good skill in sales  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills  Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively  Ability to engage customers in tele-conversation  Working knowledge of relevant computer software  Fair in English
