• Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Kaset GO and its products and/or services. Plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving app and website traffic for acquiring leads/customers. • Take lead in managing the digital marketing channels, setup channel specific tracking systems regularly, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on all platform KPIs. • Work closely with media buying agency for developing effective strategy to utilize the channels and optimize the day to day performances. • Work to improve the brand awareness and preference. • Growth hack the digital platform and the connected social media channels. • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods. • Suggest strategies and methods for improving product, campaign, and other customer engagements. • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies • Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs • Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends • Management of budgets and quarterly performance management
