หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage strong credit control processes/procedures and sales collection in accounts receivable to improve day of sales outstanding (DSO) of the company. To utilize credit in a manner that reduces risk for the company and, at the same time, support future growth of the company. Maintain healthy receivable ageing portfolio. Primary Accountabilities · To responsible of the entire accounts receivables duties, credit control and collection. · Ensure Key Performance Indicator of account receivable is achievable i.e. DSO and ageing portfolio. · To establish and continuously review credit control strategies by providing timely and accurate information for proactive decision making. · To ensure that company’s policy and regulation concerning to receipt are processed according to company standards. Ensure that all cash and cheques received from customers are effectively managed and kept in a safe place. And all transactions must be properly and accurately recorded. · Perform Account Receivable month end close procedures in the tight deadlines.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • University Degree, BA in Accounting. • At least 2 years of work experience in accounting and credit control function • Be able to communicate well in Thai and English • Strong SAP and MS Office (MS Excel) expertise
