หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide business owners, understanding their needs, recommending diets and facilitating the overall consumer experience • Provide consumer/customer product/nutrition through hotline phone, email, live chat and social media inquiries • Collect customers owner and data safely and enter all contacts into Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) and ensure GDPR compliance. • Follow complaints handling process and work with relative stakeholders on sensitive/complex enquiries for proper solution • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement through daily activities and drive the overall consumer experience and satisfaction, recommendation and loyalty, help build and protect our brand reputation and support business growth. • Prepare/consolidate FAQ list and help Consumer Care Manager develop tools for Consumer Cate team member • Help Consumer Care Manager assess service quality of Consumer Care team •Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to maximise care performance and added value to the business

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor Degree in any field • Veterinary or similar (Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition) school would be an advantage • Customer service experience (minimum 3 years) • Possess knowledge of nutrition and pet care business will be an advantage • Strong relational and communication skills interpersonal and digital • Good Command in English skill
