หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -This role is responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, harware, software ,network ,office equipment , telephone and peripheral device to ensure that users get maximum benefits from them - Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software, and solving technical and applications problems,either over the phone or in-person - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Support the roll-out of new applications/IT projects and other duties as requested from time to time by IT Security and Infrastructure Specialist Prepareation for computers, peripheral and telephone to staffs to use in the office and/or at shops -Set up.maintain users'accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Repairing and replacing IT equipment, telephone and peripheral device as necessary - Testing new technology - Create user manual and conduct end user training to provide user with the necessary skill to enable them to use the computer efficiency and safety

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male / 24-28 years old - Bachelor's degree in COmputer Science, Computer engineering, or similar technical field - 2-3 years experience in IT Support in Hardware assembly, network management, Cyber security, Server management, Cloud and IT Service, and Office operation.
