• Position: Executive Secretary 6-month(renewable) Contractual staff Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Roles & Responsibilities: • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. • Preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials. • Taking meeting minutes and summarizing a minute and ensuring attendees about understanding at the end of the meeting. • To Support the Branding and Marketing team for Krungsri Nimble's social media online platform (Facebook, Website, etc.). • Work closely with Managing Director, to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Managing Director Qualifications: • More than 1 year of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously Apply for a job now, contact Mr.Saharat ( Guss ) Adecco Number:061 412 0710 LINE ID:061 412 0710 EMAIL: Saharat.m@adecco.com
