1.Monthly Closing report -Closing monthly output VAT report -FA module, run Depreciation to be tied up with Trial balance, Fixed asset report. -Prepare Monthly Day Sales Outstanding report (DSO) with analysis, AR aging, cash flow, CAPEX report 2.Accounts receivable -Processing and collection of AR outstanding and to update customer profile, weekly top 10 overdue. -Issue Credit Note / Debit Note to our vendors, customers -Perform physical Fixed Assets count 3.Cash Book Maintenance -Petty Cash Claims -Monthly Bank Reconciliation -To ensure compliance with the Company business policies. 4.Represent Finance team in Systems projects to improve efficiency. 5.Other administrative tasks as assigned

- Degree in Accountancy / Finance with minimum 3 years - Good working knowledge on AR Accounting - Experience in SAP System - Self-Motivated with minimum supervision and high degree of initiative - Proficient in both spoken and written English to work on projects with colleagues from other countries. - Willing to explore Automation of E-Tax invoices. Having an experience in this function is an added advantage.
