หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes
• Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores daily; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.
• Maintaining relationships, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvements required by the management.
• Manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for store.
• Ensure regular and clear communication with store team on business performance with brand’s DNA culture & core values.
• Set the hours plan in line with the sales budget/ Make sure Cleary function plans.

• Ensure brand customer service standards and delivered in store.
• Implementing strategy and plan to prevent loss, any potential risks, threats and opportunities in the store and also out side situation.
• Handling the marketing products with marketing team & store stock team
• Overview for supplies and maintenance of store.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3 years of working experience as Store Manager / Asst. Store Manager Level in Sales Store, preferably in Retail industry.
• Manages team, include Store Associate, Assistant Store Manager in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques, Customer experience.
• Works with Region Head, Visual Merchandiser as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential.
• Good command of English
